The Nashville Downtown Partnership’s 13th Annual Downtown Home Tour is where historic and modern mingle to deliver a neighborhood like no other. The tour showcases living spaces in historic and rehabbed buildings along with homes in brand new projects, including some that are not even on the market, yet. Get an exclusive look at a variety of properties within the city’s downtown core!

Parking and Shuttle Service Info
Complimentary parking provided by SP+ Parking to ticket holders* at the following locations:
- Commerce A Garage – 310 Commerce Street
- Commerce B Garage – 210 Commerce Street
*NOTE: pick up a parking validation with your tour ticket purchase to avoid parking charges.
- Additional parking ($5) is available at the Library Garage (entrances on both 6th and 7th Avenues)
- FREE metered parking on Sunday
- The Partnership’s Park It! Express bright yellow shuttles will loop the tour route. This limited shuttle service is FREE to ticket holders.
ADMISSION INFO
Ticket Price: $10 ; Free for persons under 18 years old. You must show your ticket to enter any of the properties on the tour and for free shuttle rides.
Tickets may be purchased the day of the tour (Sunday, April 10) beginning at 12:45 pm at the following location: Nashville Downtown Partnership Office, 150 4th Avenue North, G-150 (Entrance off of Commerce Street). Cash, check, and credit card ticket sales; WILL CALL for online purchases and GROUPON voucher redemption.
The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds.
