Beginners Upa Yoga
CALA stress management (yoga) courses are designed to promote holistic health and well-being while providing participants a practice that they can perform on their own thereafter.
In the yogic tradition, they say that nothing in the world will yield to you if you do not know how to pay attention to it. And there is nothing which will not yield to you if you just know how to pay the right kind of attention to it. This class is structured to give participants the tools to help develop a different kind of attention. A simple yet powerful system of yoga, it greatly improves joint health, relaxes tension, and rejuvenates the body. You learn a yoga and meditation practice that you can do on your own.
