Incognito Cartel, one Nashville’s most unique sounding and fastest-rising bands, continues it’s first Saturday of the month featured artist show series at Ri’chard’s Cafe. The group, composed of veteran Music Row songwriters Tom Templeman, Steve Rempis, and Don Gaylord, and rounded out by renowned bassist Terri Templeman and drummer extraordinaire Steve Holland, have made Music City take notice with their unique sound blend of 60s rock, power pop, Americana, and rockabilly.
