Rivers and Spires is an award-winning FREE 3 day festival with live music, interactive entertainment, activities for the whole family and great food held in historic downtown Clarksville, Tennessee. It is among the largest of its kind in the Southeast. The dates for 2016 are April 14-16th. On its 14th year, Rivers & Spires continuously draws between 35,000-42,000 people every year.
