Back in 1976, Scott founded the pop/rock band, Tangerine, with his sister, Helen, in Orange, Texas. Tangerine went on to become one of the most successful groups to come out of the southeast Texas area. After many years filled with rich musical history in both pop and rock music, the brother and sister act reunited. Scott and Helen started doing a few acoustic shows around the Nashville area performing a tribute to the Everly Brothers that quickly caught the attention of music fans and Edan Everly (Don Everly’s son). Being heavily influenced by the Everly Brothers and their music, Scott and Helen play all the Everly Brothers’ hits along with other hits by artists who were also influenced by them, including The Beatles, Peter & Gordon, The Bee Gees, and many others. It’s a tribute to the greatest duo of the rock and roll era and a musical trip back to a simpler time.
