BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee will host two series of Snack & Learn events to help consumers understand Marketplace health insurance options. The events, held from July to January, are free and open to the public.
Marketplace advocates will provide an overview of the Health Insurance Marketplace, enrollment periods and the process to enroll for insurance on Healthcare.gov. This will include information about eligibility for financial assistance and how to apply for it on Healthcare.gov. Light refreshments will be served.
The event will recur on July 21, Aug.18, Sept.15, Oct. 20, Nov.17, Dec.15, Jan.19
