Riley Anglen

at Homegrown Taproom & Marketplace

Riley Anglen was raised up on the knees of Gospel, Bluegrass, Country, Soul, and Rock and Roll in the Tri-Cities of upper East Tennessee. He has been recording, touring, and playing music for over 15 years. As an avid outdoorsman, he has lived off the land by, fishing, hunting, growing and harvesting food just as well as being domestic. “Being outside is just where it’s happening” he says, “Add your family, a jeep, boat, and a Guitar, and its just about perfect.” He is grateful for the many places he has had the opportunity to visit, and for the many beautiful people that he has come across along the way. He has written and recorded songs with Sadler Vaden of Jason Isbell’s 400 unit for a little over two years now. He has also co-written with many other artists and musicians in Nashville. He still wakes up daily, thankful, thinking how amazing it is to have the chance do what he absolutely loves, and live among others doing the same. He aspires for Creativity, Music, and Entertainment to remain as his career, and for it to always be enjoyable.
