The Heritage at Brentwood, a Life Care Services™ community, is inviting Middle Tennesseans to learn more about Life Plan Options at The Heritage and how the community is working to enhance the continuum of care – including memory care, rehabilitative care and nursing care.

At the free event, Cathy Joki, Director of Resident Health Services, will explain the options and benefits available at Somerfield Health Center. The Health Center is currently available to The Heritage’s residents and non-residents referred from outside physicians.

Attendees are invited to ask questions and learn how Medicare, long-term care insurance and LifeCare® are used in the Health Center.
