Union Common will be open for brunch for the first time. The social-concept steakhouse will offer an exclusive holiday brunch menu and biscuit bar Sunday, March 27 from 10:30am to 2:00pm.
The Biscuit Bar will feature traditional Southern sausage gravy, spicy chorizo gravy and roast vegetable gravy. Locally-made preserves and honeys; smoked salmon; sausage; bacon; fresh fruit; and a berry, granola, Greek yogurt brulée will also be available.
The á la carte menu includes chorizo hash and egg skillet; croque madame; brioche French toast; traditional steak and eggs; and Union Common’s popular New Orleans BBQ shrimp in addition to a few other regular menu items. A children’s menu is also available. Craft signature cocktails as well as mimosas and Bloody Marys will be served.
