Start the class with a quick overview of Stand Up Paddleboarding, then ease into a beginner-friendly fitness session on the boards. Can’t keep your balance? Don’t worry. I’ll be a splash!
Fitness On Board starts with a 5-minute poolside warm up, then focuses on basic callisthenic exercises using Stand Up Paddleboards, such as sit ups, squats, and stability work. Doing these basic workouts on the boards improve strength and balance, while keeping the class light hearted and FUN.
