Dedicated in 1952 as a memorial to all Vanderbilt men and women who served in World War II, the Memorial Gymnasium is home to the Vanderbilt Commodores. With benches situated on the baseline, a playing court seated above portions of the crowd, upgraded seating areas, upgraded lighting and sound system, private suites, and deafening acoustics, fans have helped Memorial Gymnasium rank among the NCAA’s Top 30 attendance leaders 23 times since 1977.
